What we collect and store

To access the e-learning site, you are required to provide an email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Create your account for our LMS
  • Send you information and notifications about your account

If you log in via the Microsoft Single Sign On option, this will grant us access to your basic Microsoft profile data (username, first name, last name and profile picture). Of this, we only use first name and surname, to ensure that there is a name associated with your learning profile.

We collect and store data on site usage on a per user basis. This includes:

  1. Last login date
  2. Number of pod visits, completions and time spent on each pod
  3. Stars and requests
  4. Browser name, browser version and device platform (this helps us optimise the site for browser compatibility for all of our users)

We store information about you for as long as your account exists. After your account is deleted, historical pod activity data will remain but will be anonymised so it cannot be associated with your name or other personal details. All identifiable personal details are completely deleted.
